Insurance and Financial

Our office accepts out-of-network coverage with most insurance plans.  We are unable to provide service for any patients that we know to have a state dental insurance plan (not employees of the state; this is only true for state-defined and funded plans). If we are notified that you have a state dental insurance plan, we will unfortunately not be able to provide you with any dental services. Please call if you have questions about how your insurance coverage will work. We are able to contact your insurance provider to get a general breakdown of your benefits, process your insurance claims, and provide you with a cost estimate prior to performing any dental treatment. However, we highly recommend that patients also contact their provider for more detailed insurance benefits. We require our patients to pay on the day treatment is provided, unless other financial arrangements have been set-up. We accept several forms of payment including cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We are also able to offer our patients payment plans using ACH, for implant services and orthodontics. If you have further questions on patient financing, please call our office and one of our team members will assist you.

Financial Policy Update:  Beginning June 1st, 2024:  If your insurance policy carrier does not send checks directly to Natural Smiles Dental Care, we will require a payment method to be kept on file at our office.  After 30 days, payment for the balance will be processed and a statement will be sent out to you.
